彈簧機哪些結構和功能是必須要有的?

彈簧機可以將彈簧線材加工成各種彈簧產品,主要是依托校直機構、送料機構、變徑機構、節距控制機構、切斷機構這五大根本構造局部,不同機構擔任各自的功用局部:
Spring machine can process spring wire into various spring products, mainly relying on the five basic structural parts of straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, diameter changing mechanism, pitch control mechanism and cutting mechanism. Different mechanisms play their respective functional parts:
校直機構:校直機構的位置在料架與送料滾輪之間,它由兩組校直滾輪組成,校直系統的目的是消弭鋼絲原有的彎曲變形,彈簧線材經校直後能挺直的進入成 形的機械,這樣利於彈簧機進步卷簧的精度。
Straightening mechanism: The position of straightening mechanism is between the material rack and the feeding roller. It consists of two groups of straightening rollers. The purpose of straightening system is to eliminate the bending deformation of the steel wire. The spring wire can straighten into the forming machine after straightening, so as to improve the accuracy of the spring coiling machine.
送料機構:這是彈簧機保送彈簧線材推進的安裝,其是靠壹對或兩對送料輪壓緊鋼絲,采用扇形不完整齒輪傳動送料輪軸上的齒輪來完成,以送料輪的旋轉帶動鋼絲直線行進,送料長度就是送料輪的周長,彈簧的展開長度可由送料輪的旋轉圈數決議。
Feeding mechanism: This is the installation of the spring wire pushing of the spring machine, which relies on a pair or two pairs of feeding wheels to press the steel wire, and uses the gear on the feeding axle driven by incomplete fan-shaped gears. The steel wire travels in a straight line driven by the rotation of the feeding wheel. The feeding length is the circumference of the feeding wheel, and the springs'spreading length can be determined by the length of the feeding wheel. Decision on the number of rotating cycles of feeding wheel.
變徑機構:其是卷繞彈簧時彈簧外徑的控制機構,安裝是由兩個頂桿和驅動頂桿的變徑凸輪組成,彈簧機消費變徑彈簧時,如中凸、截錐形彈簧、上頂杠前後兩個螺栓松開,讓頂桿在刀架裏來回伸縮,以改動彈簧外經,經過變徑凸輪驅動頂桿,到達消費各種變徑彈簧的目的。

Diameter-changing mechanism: It is the control mechanism of spring outer diameter when winding spring. Installation is composed of two jack rods and variable-diameter cams driving the jack rod. When the spring machine consumes variable-diameter spring, such as convex, truncated conical spring and front and rear bolts of upper jack bar are loosened, so that the jack rod can be retracted and retracted in the tool holder to change the outer warp of the spring. Diameter cam drives the top rod to achieve the purpose of consuming various variable diameter springs.
節距變卦機構:其是控制彈簧節距的機構,通常彈簧機有2種機構,壹是由壹把節距刀和變距凸輪組成。變劇凸輪是控制彈簧的有效圈數,節距刀下面螺栓調理彈簧高度;二是由凸輪傳動連桿,使節距刀從機器裏面推出,更好的估大節距的彈簧。
Pitch-changing mechanism: It is a mechanism to control the spring pitch. Generally, there are two kinds of mechanisms in spring machine. One is composed of a pitch knife and a pitch cam. The variable-pitch cam is the effective number of loops to control the spring, and the bolts under the pitch knife adjust the height of the spring. The second is that the cam drives the connecting rod so that the pitch knife can be pushed out from the machine to better estimate the spring with large pitch.
切斷機構:卷繞成形後,切斷鋼絲是彈簧落下的壹個加工動作,彈簧切斷時經過刀和芯來完成,這是彈簧加工成型的處置構造。
Cutting mechanism: After winding forming, cutting steel wire is a processing action that spring falls down. When spring is cut off, it is finished by knife and core. This is the disposal structure of spring processing and forming.
