多彈簧和單彈簧機械密封制造的區別

按補償機構中彈簧的數量可分為多彈簧和單彈簧機械密封。補償機構中有多個彈黌的密封稱為多彈簧機械密封;補償機構中只要壹個彈簧的機械密封稱為單彈簧機械密封,多彈簧機械密封又稱小彈簧機械密封,這種構造軸向尺寸較小,可用改動彈簧數量的辦法改動彈性力,軸向力較平均,適用於高速機械密封,但在腐蝕性介質中不宜采用。單彈簧機械密封又稱大彈簧機械密封,密封構造較為簡單。有的密封方式還用彈簧傳送轉矩。國產密封應用大彈簧較多,但不能用於高速。
